11th July 2010: Spain has won the Cup, Bastian Zeller has the new Apple iPad! Congratulations to the winner of nextel´s Tipping Challenge!
Germany´s National Team did not advance into the Finals. After two dominating victories over England and Argentina the hope vanished with the 0:1 defeat against Spain. For Bastian Zeller this loss was the determining tip in the run for the iPad.
Bastian Zeller comments his unpopular tip: "I truly wanted Germany to win that game, but I thought that since every Spanish player is good on the ball, they will impress our young German team sustainably". It was a close race to the top of the leader board: after 48 games Bastian had 44 out of 96 possible points. Wiebke Hahne and Hendrik Stellamanns share the second place with respectable 42 points.
